Here are a number of conservation measures we employ that can help cut consumption. 

Ice & Refrigeration Line Heat Exchangers

With a refrigeration heat exchanger system, we can help improve the efficiency of the ice machine by more than 18%. This creates energy savings by reducing the cooling load and cycle time of the ice machine or refrigeration unit.

Kitchen Dishwashing Sprayers

Retrofit existing high flow kitchen and dish sprayers with water efficient 0.6 GPM pressure compensating sprayers. 

Kitchen Prep Sinks

Retrofit existing high flow prep sink faucets with new 1.5 GPM kitchen sink aerators and install foot pedal flow controls, which prevent unattended flow of water from a faucet during food preparation.

Kitchen Faucets / Aerators

Retrofit existing high flow kitchen hand washing faucets with water efficient 1.5 GPM aerators. 

Convection Steam Cookers

High efficiency steamers can generate steam on-demand and with greater energy efficiency when compared to traditional models. High efficiency steamers can also reduce water usage by up to 90% during operation.

High Efficiency Dishwashing Replacement

Modern, high-efficiency dishwashers enable both a reduction in water usage and the energy required to heat larger volumes of water. High efficiency dishwashers also harvest heated drain water and steam in order to heat incoming water through heat exchange.  This provides additional energy savings by lowering the heating load required to heat supply water.
