- Georgia Tech Airflow Controls: At 98 research labs across campus, we provided consulting services and trained the university’s facility management team to install, commission, and support our cutting-edge TEL airflow controls, helping increase efficiency, reduce utility costs, and minimize carbon footprint.
- Adams State University Weatherization: Building envelope weatherization solutions were provided for 16 buildings across campus, including facilities for fine arts, teaching, housing, sports, research, technology, and administration.
- Kansas State University HVAC Restoration: A comprehensive cooling tower refurbishment and relining—including concrete basin repair, new fans and motors, and the application of a protective coating—helped expand chiller plant capacity.
- University of Texas at Austin Lighting Retrofit: Lighting retrofits, encompassing more than 256,000 fixtures at 150 buildings across more than 30 million square feet, were completed in only twelve months.
