Our Additional Services Include:

• Air Destratification Fans: ECM can provide and install destratification fans to improve air circulation in your facility, helping eliminate hot/cold spots, improve comfort, and increase energy efficiency. These fans are particularly effective in buildings with high ceilings or drop ceilings, such as offices, warehouses, restaurants, etc. We also offer fans equipped with ultraviolet (UV) lighting to promote indoor air quality (IAQ). 
• Radiant Heaters: We can provide and install the latest in high-performance infrared radiant heating lamps. They are ideal for outdoor heating needs, as well as areas where traditional air heating systems are not effective, such as workshops, warehouses, garages, etc. 
• Generator Heat Pumps: Emergency generators are heated to help ensure a safe and reliable start-up. Typically, they are sold with resistive heaters which operate constantly and consume large amounts of energy.  We can install cutting-edge air source heat pumps to augment resistive heaters, helping improve efficiency by up to 85 percent while also adding system redundancy. 
• IAQ Solutions: ECM offers a number of technologies aimed at improving air quality and promoting occupant health and safety. Keeping air free of pollutants also helps keep HVAC filtration clean, which can significantly improve energy efficiency by minimizing the amount of air needed for conditioning. 
  • UV Lamps: UV lights installed on HVAC equipment help prevent the buildup of airborne viruses, bacteria, mold, and other pollutants while positively impacting system performance. 
  • Plasma Ionizing Systems: This equipment purifies air with charged ions, which can help reduce viruses, bacteria, volatile organic compounds, and more. 
  • Dynamic Filtration: Electrostatic filters attract charged particles and are among the most cost-effective methods for improving IAQ.
