Along with the broad capabilities of our six service units, we also have four core competencies—auditing, measuring and verifying, project management, and utility funding—that we provide across all of our units.
Auditing
Through processes like investment grade audits and preliminary scoping studies, our energy engineers and auditors work alongside your staff to identify and quantify savings. After reviewing building conditions on-site with your staff, our team performs detailed modeling and analysis to estimate savings, total installed costs, and return on investment for any offering.
Project Management
Our integrated project management approach—which we call 1-Touch PM—allows us to bundle multiple solutions from our different units into one project. 1-Touch PM helps us to economically manage a broader range of services, promoting project efficiency and cost effectiveness and improving communication and quality.
Measuring and Verifying
After project implementation, our engineers can use data gathered during the auditing and modeling phases to help you measure and verify the savings generated by your efficiency improvements. We adhere to International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol and, in most cases, can deliver on its four options for determining savings—depending on the project and your needs.
Utility Funding
Our team also has extensive knowledge of energy rebate and incentive programs at the local, state, and federal levels. Our team will work with you to thoroughly research all available options to help you maximize incentive and grant funding while minimizing capital expenses.
