Our Project Approach
We support ESCOs during the entire sales process—from preliminary study through investment grade audit. During audits, we work alongside you unless we are directed otherwise.
As part of the audit, we deliver a proposal that includes sales support information about our measures, scope details, pricing breakouts, and savings estimates along with calculation methodologies and measurement and verification (M&V) options.
Once you go to contract, our Project Managers leverage the latest management technology to help enhance communication, improve documentation, and close-out projects proficiently.
Finally, our team works with your Performance Assurance Engineers to craft a customized M&V plan. Many of our services are highly measurable, and we can employ a number of cost-effective methods to demonstrate performance—including all four options outlined in the International Performance Measurement and Verification Protocol.
Energy Efficiency Savings Shortfall
At ECM, we also have extensive experience remediating energy savings shortfalls and a thorough understanding of performance contracting.
