Chief Operating Officer
Pat strives to help ECM deliver superior customer service through operational excellence by delivering projects safely, swiftly, and per customer objectives. He helps ensure team members receive the training they need and sets expectations and measurable outcomes for team success.
Prior to working at ECM, Pat worked for CR Meyer, a heavy industrial general contractor, for 20 years. He started out as a Project Engineer, worked his way up to becoming a Project Manager and then a Client Manager responsible for several Fortune 500 customers before moving into business development and marketing.
While working at CR Meyer, Pat learned the importance of safety: it not only has the benefit of ensuring employees return home to their families at the end of the day, but it also improves quality.
His next two roles were with JWM Coenen, a process pipe fabricator and installer, and Fireline Sprinkler, a fire suppression system manufacturer and installer. He managed operations at both companies, expanding his knowledge and experience with performance and quality metrics.
He has a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Marquette University, has been the board president of the Oshkosh Boys and Girls Club, and is one of the founding board members of the Greater Oshkosh Economic Development Committee.
