George Kutschenreuter, EIT
Senior Development Manager
During his tenure at ECM, George has performed technical energy audits on hundreds of buildings in more than 30 different states and has assisted in the development and completion of over $50 million in energy projects. He specializes in LED lighting, demand control ventilation, water conservation, mechanical rejuvenation, building envelope improvements, and indoor air quality improvements.
Upon graduation from college in 2015, George began working at ECM as an Energy Engineer and Project Manager. In 2017, he was promoted to Project Director, and then to Director of Project Development in 2020.
George grew up in southern Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. In college, he led the University of Wisconsin sailing team to compete in numerous national championships and was a five-time collegiate all conference skipper.
George and his wife spend most of their free time outside golfing, hunting, and fly fishing.
