Kristin Westergard
Controller
Kristin monitors internal control systems, manages the accounting team, provides operational cost analysis and financial reports, and manages software implementation projects.
After a decade in corporate accounting, Kristin joined ECM in 2020 and was promoted to controller in 2021. Prior to joining ECM, she served at Wisconsin-based Society Insurance, where she earned a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification. There she also led the transition to a new accounts payable automation system.
Kristin holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a double major in accounting and human resources and a minor in business law. She earned her Wisconsin Certified Public Accountant designation in 2012. She lives in Omro, Wisconsin with her husband and two children.
