Director of Engineering and Project Management
Aaron joined ECM in 2022 bringing over 20 years of experience in project management and development within the ESCO and heavy industrial construction sectors. Currently residing in Denver, CO, he oversees ECM’s water and steam development and operations.
Prior to his civilian career, Aaron served in the United States Navy as a Machinist Mate. He gained hands on experience with steam power and propulsion plants as both a mechanic and an operator while deployed shipboard. His expertise spans water, wastewater, energy, steam development, and construction.
Aaron holds several industry certifications including as a Project Management Professional, Certified Energy Manager, LEED Accredited Professional in Building Design and Construction, Certified Landscape Irrigation Auditor, Certified Pool Operator, Steam Trap Examiner, and Six Sigma Greenbelt. He earned his degree in mechanical engineering from the University of New Hampshire and his Master of Business Administration from Norwich University.
