At ECM, we offer several solutions aimed at improving the temperature control and energy efficiency of existing windows and can also perform complete window replacements when needed.

Window Films

Our team can install both energy efficient film and security film for existing windows in commercial environments, government facilities, and even historic structures.

Energy Efficient Film: These films can reject up to 79 percent of the sun’s heat, while also neutralizing harmful ultraviolet rays. This helps improve efficiency and occupant comfort. We offer several options with little or no tint to retain the look of your building inside and out.
Security Film: As an added value, we offer several films that can help improve building safety along with efficiency. The primary function of security film is to hold glass intact in the event of accidental breakage, but it also provides an effective barrier to violent entry. Our security films meet building code standards ANSI Z97.1 and 16 CFR 1201, and we can provide third-party tests accredited by the Safety Glazing Security Council.

Therma-Pane Panels

Therma-Pane is a patented acrylic panel insert that helps increase the energy efficiency of your windows and reduce incoming noise without changing the look of your building. Therma-Pane installations cost approximately 40- to 60-percent less than replacements and typically do not require downtime to regular building operations.

Non-Invasive Window Upfits

We are the North American provider of the INOVUES Insulating Glass Retrofit system (IGR). This non-invasive technology transforms single- or double-pane glazing to double- or triple-pane, helping significantly improve the thermal and acoustic performance of existing windows. It is compatible with a wide variety of window types and comes in virtually unlimited glass performance and color options.

Window Replacement

When windows and entryways are unable to be feasibly sealed or repaired, we can also perform complete window replacements. Our team provides all materials, engineering, and project management while working with a trusted, full-service commercial glass contractor that has an exceptional track record.
