Value Delivered

The federal government provided funding for schools in Wisconsin to have security window film and locks installed, and hundreds of schools around the state took part. Unfortunately, the program was plagued by poor installation quality from many vendors in the program, except ECM. Our team received only positive feedback and was given top marks.

Client Objectives

The US Department of Justice awarded a large school safety grant for schools in Wisconsin to have security window film and locks installed. The program was administered by CESA and attracted hundreds of schools.

Solutions

ECM installed security window film and signage at over 50 school districts around the state, installing over 60,000 square feet of film.

Due to poor quality installation from other vendors in the program, CESA asked 3M, the security film manufacturer, to hold a series of mandatory vendor training sessions. ECM was the only vendor in the program exempt from this training.
