Value Delivered

ECM worked with Schneider Electric to develop and deliver an HVAC refurbishment solution for Jackson County Schools, aimed at increasing the efficiency of rooftop units that were not yet ready for replacement.

During measurement and verification, we calculated the project will save 620,910 kilowatt hours a year, valued at $67,741. This was nearly twice our initial projection. Additional savings from reduced maintenance and equipment life extension are also expected. Simple payback for the project is four years.

Client Objectives

The client wanted to extend the useful life of existing HVAC units across their school district and improve energy efficiency.
