Jon Mool
Vice President of Business Development
Jon oversees revenue generation across all ECM business units, guiding a nationwide team focused on ESCOs, direct enterprise clients, and channel partners.
Before joining ECM, Jon led sales for Enabled Energy, expanding the company’s position within the data center modernization and retrofit markets. He also spent more than ten years in sales at H2O Applied Technologies, supporting major ESCOs and national accounts across the U.S. and overseas. Jon has successfully driven the adoption of innovative technologies across industries, including energy services, utilities, commercial real estate, and mission‑critical facilities.
He has a bachelor’s degree in business/marketing from Indiana University and has been active in Rotary and youth sports coaching.
